APPLICATION PROCESS FOR AFFILIATION

Churches declaring their intention to partner with Venture Church Network N. California/Nevada (VCN NCal/NV) should:

1.  Email a current copy of their church constitution and Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation (or draft document thereof), a brief historical review of the church, and a statement of faith. Email document to sally@venutrechurches-ncnv.com.

2.  Read the Bylaws and Doctrine document and Bylaws of VCN NCal/NV. Read here.

3.  Complete the Church Affiliation Resolution. Include the date and signature of a vote of affiliation. Upload form here

5.  Complete the Church Information Form Upload form here.

6.  If you are unable to complete the forms online or have questions, please contact Sally Hahn at sally@ventureschurches-ncnv.com or mail them to Venture Church Network Attn: Sally Hahn, 3927 Marconi Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95821.
