One of the many benefits of being a part of our association is the mutual support and encouragement that we can offer to one another! Perhaps the most important task we have as pastors is preaching and teaching the Word of God. VCN is committed to help support you in this sacred task.

This Spring, we are introducing two new opportunities to hone your preaching skills:

Option #1- Preaching Cohort (Registration for this will be open in the Spring of 2024)

You are invited to join a small group of other pastors for a weekly Zoom meeting where we will all work through the same section of scripture. 

Option #2- Sermon Evaluation

Peer evaluation is one of the best learning tools that every homiletics class employs. It’s been a long time since most of us were in a homiletics class, but we can still benefit from peer evaluation. We want to offer you a safe and confidential place to submit your sermons for constructive feedback.
